Sharon reviewed the list of businesses for the Chinese Auction. Items should be collected as soon as possible and a list given to Sharon.

Exchange Students Policy

Elaine reviewed the Midd West School District policy on inbound exchange students and the nonexistence of an outbound student police. The club will write a letter to the MWSD policy committee requesting a policy for outbound students be considered.

Simplified Grant

Howard submitted a simplified grant for aerobics steps for the Middlecreek Area Community Center. The steps will be purchased for teen fitness programs.

Beaver Fair

Following the meeting club members cleaned the hotdog stand and filled the coolers with soda for the Beaver Fair
