Easter Egg Hunt
Members should remember to bring 4 dozen boiled
and colored eggs, or candy filled plastic eggs for the egg hunt at the
West Snyder Middle School on March 21st. Eggs can be taken to the
school, or brought to the meeting the Tuesday before.
MACC
LaMar told the club about some changes at the
MACC. Richard Hess has been hired as the executive director, and Eric
Grimes is back as the main person to raise funds. LaMar said the MACC
will get about $399,000.00 in grants this year.
Middlecreek Chamber
On March 12th the Chamber of Commerce will be
having a seminar at Best Way from 8:00am till 10:00 am entitled Keep
Them Coming Back. Members can attend at no charge, and non members will
be charged $30.00.
Becky asked the club about the Chamber of
Commerce putting a sign on the same post as the Rotary sign. Carolyn
made a motion to allow them to do this, second by MaryLee, the club
voted to let them do this.
